A hugely aromatic wine expressing intense flavours of apples and pears combined with a light floral background. On the palate a fantastic freshness and vivacity comes through with an additional handful of lavish fruit. -
Laurent-Perrier Rosé NV, Champagne
A classic pink Champagne, with plenty of stylish strawberry fruit and full of vivacity and easy-drinking charm. Unlike many rosés, though, this wine has its serious side, and can grow in depth and complexity with a year or two in bottle. Unusually made by the saignée method, leaving the juice on its skins for three days to extract colour, rather than simply adding a dose of red wine to the blend.
