The Botter family is among the largest producers in north-east Italy, with one of the broadest range of wines and grape varieties. They have around 20 hectares of Pinot Noir in the east of Veneto, between Venice and Treviso. Winemaker is family member Alessandro Botter. Bright and inviting ruby red. Fermentation and maturation without oak has preserved a fresh and intense bouquet of snappy strawberry and red apple fruit. Light tannins and taught acidity on the palate. A great partner for assorted salami, dressed olives and other antipasto, or with spaghetti vongole.
